  • The problem with this lawsuit is in that olive pits are not "foreign objects" in a sandwich that contains olives. While the ingredients may say that it contains pitted olives, there is a reasonable assumption that a pit or two may have crept in.

  • If the company bans cell phone use while "on duty" presumably that means any time the employee is being paid by the company. If the company is paying for your time, they have a right to say what you may and may not do during that time. Plain and simple.

  • Okay, get your story straight. Ted Kennedy was expelled from Harvard for having someone else take his Spanish final. He then went into the military, got out, went back to Harvard (being a Kennedy might have helped him get back in) graduated and then when to UVA to get his law degree, which he did.
